A trip is confirmed only when the business explicitly marks it confirmed in WhatsApp after every stated confirmation condition has been met. Check the exact pickup address, destination sequence, passenger and luggage fit.
Fare and payment
Website examples are planning guidance, not a binding fare. The final MYR price, inclusions, payment arrangement and quote validity must appear in the written confirmation. Do not enter payment details on this website.
Changes and cancellation
Any change, waiting-time treatment, cancellation condition or refund term must be shown before confirmation. If it is not clear, ask in WhatsApp before accepting; this page does not invent a universal cancellation policy.
